Booking and Cancellation Policy of Pro-Travel Club
Excursion Booking Rules
- Advance Booking Recommendation: Booking excursions in advance is highly recommended, especially during the peak summer season in Montenegro from June 1 to September 15. During this period, the number of requests increases significantly, while the number of available spots in groups and professional tour guides is limited.
- Age Categories: A child is considered any person under the age of 12 at the time of the excursion. Bookings for children are made at a reduced child fare.
- Individuals 12 years and older are considered adults, and the full fare applies..
- When booking excursions that include children under 12, you must have a photo of the first page of the child’s passport to present to the guide upon request.
- Booking Procedure: After completing and submitting the booking form, a manager will contact the client to confirm the details and arrange payment. The excursion is considered booked and confirmed only after full payment.
- Meeting Points and Departure: Guests are usually picked up from designated meeting points, not directly from hotels. The exact meeting location, departure time, and other details will be provided after full payment for the excursion.
- The client must ensure they understand where the meeting point is and at what time the departure will take place. The client is responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time. If there are any questions regarding the meeting location or time, it is necessary to clarify them with the manager in advance.
- If the excursion involves leaving Montenegro (e.g., traveling to Albania, Croatia, Bosnia, and Herzegovina), the client must bring all necessary travel documents.
- Personal Belongings: During the excursion, clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Do not leave your belongings at stops, attractions, or on the bus at the end of the excursion. The tour operator is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items during or after the excursion.
- No-Show Policy: If the client fails to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time, the excursion cost is non-refundable.
- The tour operator reserves the right to cancel a booked excursion in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the client will receive a full refund.
- The tour operator reserves the right to change the excursion route during the tour due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., road closures, bad weather conditions, etc.).
